Channel and Priority.

Tickets.
A. To view
profile information, click the View Profile.
B.After
you click the "View
Profile", you will be redirected to the Profile Dashboard / User Activity.
C. To
update your User Profile, go to Manage
Profile.
Knowledge Base
The Customer can also view the publish
article on the Knowledge Base module.
Not all the Articles can be viewed by the Customer because we can limit the access of the Articles
1. The User can check the latest posts and can
create new topic in Community.
